We are seeking a leader experienced in building the practices of business AI enablement, RPA automation, and Innovation.  This position will work cross functionally with our existing RPA team and business partners looking to leverage automation in their respective businesses.  This position will also be leading the IT organization in how to leverage AI in various areas of our business.  This position will report to the VP of Architecture & Technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish vision, launch strategy, and execute on the AI Strategy for Brinks.

  • Lead and develop a new practice of leveraging AI in various areas of our business.

  • Liaison with various business partners to define and develop a global automation roadmap to reduce labor hours and human processing errors.

  • Work to consolidate fragmented automation efforts across the organization for a more unified approach to deliver the right fit automation solutions.

  • Setup a regular cadence to define business opportunities with key stakeholders and develop execution strategies that includes tool selection, vendor selection, and support model. 

  • Review with business partners their existing manual processes and enable innovative software solutions to help automate existing business processes. 

  • Participate in vendor software evaluations and recommendations as well as vetting solution integrators.

  • Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration across our team to ensure an effective and harmonized service experience.

  • Support the VP Global Shared Services on automation projects to drive forward their productivity initiatives as requested.

  • Promote best practices and strong internal controls across the organization.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.

  • Automation experience with RPA, AI, or 3rd party software solutions.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment. 

  • Strong analytical skills, collecting and analyzing data, evaluating information and systems

  • At least 5 years in an analytical role with strong project management experience

  • Finance automation experience is a plus.

  • Strong consultative and problem-solving skills

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with track record of superior customer service

  • Excellent verbal and written communications, including active listening skills, verbal presentation skills and skills in presenting findings and recommendations

Ability to:

  • Develop and communicate performance for respective process area

  • Stay organized and communicate progress on projects

  • Analyze, problem solve, and drive decision-making

  • Build effective internal customer relationships

  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management

  • Deliver measurable impact through process standardization and optimization

  • Design and develop process maps and procedures

  • Work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once across various functions

  • Support audit and SOX compliance activities (as needed)

  • Maintain positive relationships with end users and other internal constituents
