Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs that drive strategic change across global operations. This role is pivotal in managing custom application development initiatives that support manufacturing, supply chain, and transportation functions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with strategic leadership, financial acumen, and cross-functional coordination skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of transformation programs, particularly those involving mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise-wide system integrations. Your ability to align IT initiatives with business goals, manage global teams, and deliver measurable outcomes will be key to success. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Program Leadership
  • Define and execute global transformation strategies aligned with business and IT objectives.
  • Lead multiple interdependent projects across regions, business units, and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure delivery excellence for custom applications supporting core operational functions.
Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and value clearly and persuasively.
Program Execution & Delivery
  • Manage end-to-end execution of IT programs, with a focus on software development and enterprise system integration.
  • Align local business needs with global strategies to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Resolve complex technical and architectural challenges across multi-system environments.
Financial & Risk Management
  • Build business cases, secure funding, and manage program budgets.
  • Forecast expenditures, monitor financial performance, and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Implement financial controls to prevent overruns and ensure ROI.
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
Portfolio & Vendor Management
  • Oversee the global IT application portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact.
  • Lead vendor selection, contracting, and performance management across the full lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 15+ years of IT program management experience, including 5–7 years leading global custom application projects.
  • Proven success in delivering enterprise programs in manufacturing, supply chain, or transportation.
  • Deep understanding of systems such as WMS, TMS, MES, ERP, or custom logistics platforms.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Agile, Hybrid, or SAFe methodologies in enterprise environments.
