Associate Manager of Loyalty, Buffalo Wild Wings will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of Blazin' Rewards, one of the fastest growing QSR loyalty programs with millions of active members. The Associate Manager will focus on development and execution of loyalty-based activities aimed at driving acquisition, engagement, and retention to grow the long-term value of the Blazin' Rewards member base. Critical to this role is a passion for designing and reaching both existing members and non-members through exciting and innovative promotional campaigns that ultimately entice action (drive enrollment, usage, and overall program engagement). Blazin' Rewards is ever evolving and slated for future enhancements within 2023.

Buffalo Wild Wings' Blazin' Rewards team is looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented, self-starter. This position requires a creative mindset, working at both the strategic level and at the tactical level (campaign execution, fraud monitoring, executing tests, optimizing campaigns, and working cross functionally with the broader marketing and field team), within a highly matrixed environment.


 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for omnichannel campaign execution focusing on driving member acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention within Blazin' Rewards. Examples include broad promotional campaigns, limited time offer products, and 1:1 loyalty offers
  • Conduct ongoing loyalty projects, from ideation to implementation support. Examples include bringing to market new loyalty program features via 1:1 multi-channel (email, push messaging, social, in-store)
  • Help strategize and implement short and long-term structural enhancements
  • Partner with franchisees crafting regional loyalty strategy and promotions
  • Oversee partner agencies and other internal teams pertaining to technological enhancements and development of creative assets for channels such as email, digital, and in-store collateral
  • In partnership with data analytics, conduct  reporting to support the measurement and performance of the loyalty program and offer initiative​

  • Partner with loyalty vendor and IT to maintain, enhance, and create  system-wide and targeted offers and rewards, ultimately educating the system on any new offers in market
  • Partner with media team on digital advertising including display, paid and organic search, paid social, etc. with the purpose of driving consumer engagement of new and existing features and acquisition of new members
  • In partnership with data analytics, conduct reporting to support the measurement and performance of the loyalty program and offer initiatives
  • Employee and consumer fraud mitigation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience and a passion to create an ideal customer loyalty experience
  • Successful track record of developing promotion(s) and program execution for a retail or consumer brand
  • Experience directing creative process and managing digital agencies/staff

  • A passion for marketing and engaging with consumers, creativity, and excitement for developing new marketing campaigns and tactics
  • Familiarity with other brands loyalty programs
  • Possesses knowledge and passion for sports
  • Understands the customer mindset and can translate that to effective marketing programs
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently within a team, and take on new work and expanded responsibility as needed
  • A go-getter positive attitude, who aims to inspire legendary experiences amongst friends
  • Can forge appropriate external relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure an exceptional outcome on projects
  • Follow project schedules in a fast-paced and highly detailed environment
  • Interest in testing and learning to discover the most effective marketing programs that will reach a project's objectives
