Description
What you will do: As an employee-owner, you'll report to the General Manager and will monitor and audit the quality of all manufactured goods and collaborate with related departments to find solutions to failure modes identified in processes. This position will use quality-proven processes to determine root cause analysis and monitoring and measuring techniques to develop solutions. This position will lead and collaborate with others to create efficient and ergonomic improvements throughout the facility.
