As a HRIS Analyst, you will provide support to the development, implementation, and maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS - ADP) that support the organization's business objectives.

How You Will Impact Education

Job Requirements:

  • Perform system configuration changes (e.g., workflows, notifications, data fields).
  • Support mass data updates for compensation, reorganizations, and HR programs.
  • Partner with HR teams to understand process needs and recommend system-based solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to system access, data, and reporting.
  • Maintain user roles and permissions in accordance with data security policies.
  • Assist in system integration requirements gathering and validation
  • Maintain the HRIS systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Create, generate and maintain reports, and provide insights to support HR strategies, compliance, workforce planning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in the implementation of new HRIS modules and functionalities, as well as managing system upgrades and patches.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and other end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
  • Respond to questions by determining the best course of action to approach and resolve issues.
  • Assist in facilitating the streamlining of HR processes and workflows through the innovative use of HRIS technology.
  • Ensure HRIS practices adhere to legal regulations and maintaining data privacy and security.
  • Champion data consistency and integrity across all HR systems and downstream applications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • High level of comfort with Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Power Automate preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and configuration practices.
  • Understanding of data privacy, governance, and security best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in critical thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to effectively and efficiently work with changing priorities.
  • High level of familiarity with HRIS functionality for report-generation and data-gathering.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or comparable related experience required.
  • PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications a plus.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in HRIS or HR Data Analytics; ADP experience preferred.
