Overview:

The Senior Security Analyst is a member of the Global Cyber Security team.  A focused area of responsibility is creating metrics, monitoring trends, and working with team members to reduce risk in areas such as vulnerability management, cloud security, third party cyber risk management, application security, incident response and security awareness.  The metrics will be provided to various stakeholders in the company, including executive leadership, the audit committee, and the board of directors.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Cyber Security, Technology, or related field.

Work Experience:

4 + years of proven experience in IT, Cyber Security, Audit, or Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Create qualitative and quantitative metrics for various security programs (Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Third Party Cyber Risk Management, Application Security, Incident Response and Security Awareness) using a tool such as PowerBI.
• Analyze metrics trends and collaborate with the Global Security team members to improve the security posture.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in the security program as they relate to privacy, security, business resiliency and compliance frameworks.
• Continuous learning in emerging security threats, industry trends, standards, and best practices.
• Assist in creating reports and presentations for cyber security and business leadership.
• Participate in the security awareness program, including training and communications.

Skills:

• Knowledge of PowerBI a plus.
• Familiar with security frameworks, such as NIST CSF, ISO27001.
• Strong working knowledge and understanding of key concepts in risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, and/or audit.
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of people in Global Security and other departments in the business.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to translate security and risk to all levels of the business.
