STRATEGY AND TRANSFORMATION MANAGER MORTGAGE BANKING
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Strategy and Transformation Manager Mortgage Banking will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the EVP of Mortgage, responsible for driving key transformation initiatives, optimizing divisional operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across functions. This role will provide high-level support to the EVP, acting as a key liaison across the organization to implement strategic priorities, support executive decision-making, and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the Mortgage Division.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the EVP of Mortgage, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to support the division's goals.
  • Lead the development of strategic plans and frameworks to guide the Mortgage Division's key initiatives and growth objectives.

  • Act as a connector between departments, facilitating communication and alignment across Product, IT, Compliance, Operations, Sales, and the Enterprise.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or strategic program management within the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on mortgage or lending
Additional Qualifications
  • MBA or relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to lead large scale transformation initiatives and deliver results in a complex, fast-paced environment; experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the mortgage industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong project management expertise (e.g., Agile, Lean) and understanding of data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to distill complex information for senior executives.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $141,830 - $263,408 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
