Description

The City of Edmonton is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a RAMS Customer Solutions Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the operational needs of the business by managing system configurations, providing quality assurance support, and handling ticket management. You will utilize your intermediate understanding of the software solution to analyze and resolve system issues, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication with stakeholders and vendors. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes.

What will you do?

  • Use your intermediate understanding of the RAMS system to configure and support system functions related to business needs across the organization, with a focus on the golf module
  • Manage system configuration services, including updates to products, locations, workstations, and user accounts
  • Troubleshoot operational configurations, monitor job logs, and collaborate with vendors to resolve system issues
  • Perform quality assurance tasks, including system testing, documentation of test results, and review of release notes
  • Manage the ticketing system, ensuring accurate updates, engaging with end-users, and escalating issues as needed
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation of system functions and processes
  • Support business data reporting activities and assist with data governance processes
  • Other duties as assigned
