Consider joining Facility Maintenance Services as a Word/Data Front Office Support/Processing Clerk II as part of the Business Support Team! Reporting to the Maintenance Administrator, we are looking for an independent and self motivated individual with excellent customer service, problem-solving and data entry skills to support FMS within Fleet and Facility Services. Accuracy and an aptitude for numerical detail are key to success in this position as you will be responsible for accurately entering data information from various sources into key systems for the section.
What will you do?
- Provide front office support to our South Office and South Shops, which includes: maintaining stationery & PPE supplies; managing mail and deliveries; greeting visitors; maintaining and updating various onsite information
- Preparation and distribution of Acting Memos; invoice processing; various Membership renewals, and long service awards
- Process Goods Receiving for the FMS area
- Handle various inquiries from area stakeholders
- Review various Google Sheets; manage and upload to Work Orders using SAP Plant Maintenance
- Manage Calendar bookings
- Complex data entry
- Manage Employee reimbursements as required
- Updating various forms as required from Google Sheet observations
- Assist with furniture coordination and office space allocation
- Work in SAP systems, specifically Plant Maintenance, ECC, ARIBA, and other corporate systems
- Other related duties as needed
