Project Manager Intern

Oakwood Homes is looking for a Project Manager Intern to support the construction processes for our home center teams through construction management, permitting, walk-throughs, and service coordination.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing construction phase for all current deals working
  • Support the construction process by scheduling and following up on all contracted work
  • Pulling permits
  • Conducting walk-throughs with customers
  • Ensure CPM is at 100% utilization
  • Responsible for managing the Welcome Home Process for a pre-determined list of customers
  • Responsible for scheduling set-up and delivery and other service-related items
  • Support customers through communication and timely follow-up
  • Actively partner with manager on all exceptions and questions
  • Protect company assets
  • Participate in sales meetings, marketing promotions, and other company events as needed

  • Summer 2024
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
