The Chief Marketing Officer is looking for an energetic and highly-skilled communicator to help bring the marketing vision and priorities to life internally and externally. This person will employ strategic and innovative communication methods to connect with and inspire a variety of stakeholders using social media, video, the written word, visuals, mobile technology and more. The successful candidate will constantly evaluate and recommend how to use the latest applications and technology to amplify marquee campaign messaging, collateral and thought leadership to our global employee audience as well as key external stakeholders. This person will be a senior member of the Global Internal Communications team, a mentor and role model to early-career colleagues, and adept at collaborating across other functions within the Marketing team and with diverse colleagues and cultures around the globe.
Design strategic and creative communication campaigns and messaging, targeted by audience.
Create and deploy attention-grabbing collateral and tactics through a variety of mediums including print, digital, video and live events.
Write breakthrough executive communications, video scripts, digital content and more.
Tweet and blog on behalf of the CMO across multiple internal and external social channels.
Measure, analyze and report results to share with senior leadership and guide future work.
Bring a point of view to executive leadership and colleagues, balanced by a commitment to work as one team.
