If you're looking for a career where your work truly matters, we invite you to join us at CRMC and be part of something bigger.

A Day in the Life of an Employee Health RN

In this role, you'll serve as the go-to resource for employee health, wellness, occupational safety, and workers' compensation, helping create a safe and supported workforce. Your work blends coordination, education, and problem-solving as you guide employees and leaders through health programs, injury management, and regulatory requirements. You'll regularly navigate sensitive situations, interpret compliance standards, and juggle competing priorities while maintaining a calm, confident presence. Collaboration is central to the role, with close partnerships across leadership, Human Resources, Infection Prevention, medical staff, and external partners. The position is largely structured and proactive, with opportunities to step in and support infection prevention efforts when coverage or operational needs arise.
