For more than 60 years, we've been providing compassionate, high-quality care in the Greater Brainerd Lakes Area and beyond. Our team is driven by a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and putting people first - both our patients and our employees. Whether you're on the front lines of patient care or supporting operations behind the scenes, you'll find a culture of collaboration, growth, and respect. If you're looking for a career where your work truly matters, we invite you to join us at CRMC and be part of something bigger.

A Day in the Life of a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist

This temporary, entry-level role provides high-volume data entry and administrative support for provider credentialing and payer enrollment, with training provided for candidates new to these processes. You'll enter, update, and review provider information in systems such as Symplr Provider, CAQH, and Microsoft Teams while preparing forms, organizing documentation, and tracking outstanding information. The work requires sustained attention to detail during repetitive tasks, careful handling of confidential information, and consistent follow-through when documentation is missing, incomplete, or outdated. You'll work closely with experienced credentialing and enrollment staff, asking questions when needed and communicating discrepancies or barriers that require additional review. Work is structured around established procedures, checklists, deadlines, and quality standards, with expectations for increasing accuracy, productivity, and independence as your knowledge and proficiency develop.
