We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* The Business Manager of Identity Data Services will join a team of Engineers, Product Managers, and Solution Architects within Identity Access Management (IAM) space for CVS Health. This position will include product management, and business analysis of IAM solutions as well as support of vendor products primarily related to graph databases, LDAP directories, virtual directories, credential management systems, and single sign-on.  The selected candidate will liaise with partner teams and must effectively manage our relationships, influence scope accordingly, and drive the work of partner teams. Operating within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of our Product Management Model, an ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills as well as the ability to help manage a suite of products through Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development strategies. Team Player mentality is a must. This position will require strong Program/Product Management skills and is expected to lead team-members in assignment of and completion of tasks, with an ability to keep product teams on schedule as well as assist with strategic direction specific to Identity Data Services and the management of CVS Health workforce. *Required Qualifications* - 5+ Years of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) - 3+ years of experience as a business analyst lead in IAM - 2+ years of organizational change management experience - 2+ years of experience writing clear communications to broad audiences (e.g. company-wide) - 2+ years' experience with end-to-end IAM implementations for a large enterprise with technologies including LDAP directory, virtual directory, graph databases, identity lifecycle management systems, access reviews/certification, and/or credential management systems (SSO/MFA) *Preferred Qualifications* -General understanding of DevOps CI/CD or similar (Agile Scrum, Kanban, etc). -Strong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experience. -Ability to clearly define and present solution development ideas in a team environment. - Working knowledge one or more of the following: JAVA, .NET, LDAP queries, Neo4J, and MySQL - Experience with one or more of the following: REST API integration - Experience writing Linux shell scripts - Product/Program management leadership - CISSP preferred - 2+ years of database queries (e.g. MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle) *Education* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $94,500.00 - $196,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
