CVS Health, a Fortune 5 company, has an exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in San Antonio! In this role you will be handling inbound and outbound calls from Customer Care Representatives, Account Managers, and internal customers who require your assistance to research and investigate orders. Once resolved, you will notify the requestor of decisions, changes, and other relevant information pertaining to the request and document on numerous internal systems. In addition, you will be responsible for researching, resolving payment issues, and posting payments to the accounts. This position may require working an occasional Saturday and/or Sunday shift.

3+ months of previous experience in a customer service and/or call center role
-Ability to understand the audience you are writing to
-Analytical problem-solving skills.
-PC Experience in Windows-based applications. Team-oriented, customer service focused and able to identify process improvements.
-Demonstrate strong research skills with the ability to evaluate, focus on the problem and find the resolution.
-Understand the importance of timely work and effective planning.
-Desire and aptitude to assist a customer with escalated concerns and provide final resolutions.
-Ability to respond to escalated concerns in a calm and professional manner in attempts to prevent further escalations.
High school Diploma or GED required
