Duties include: analyze user needs and develop software solutions to meet business requirements, including product re-engineering, major projects, release enhancements, production fixes, and production support for portal enterprise web applications using the latest software development technologies; determine feasibility of solutions engineering design across different workloads including incident and problem management, change management, security, and compliance, and support deployment of new products and services into production; drive on-call escalations for incident resolution in a rapidly evolving technology landscape; develop and support scalable backend application services, design logical database modules, and automate the deployment and build process; integrate user facing web application modules with infrastructure support applications for service orchestration and perform data caching and security encryption; manage enterprise level networking protocols and components in a production environment and provide certificate management and firewall setup on multiple enterprise applications and IP routing; enable cloud delivery on GCP using containerization and virtualization technologies, and work on network security and bot detection; design, deploy, and maintain monitoring and logging solutions for real time application health monitoring and create dashboard for business metric reporting; monitor server-side health using business transactions, node health, and load metrics; ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) using build and automation tools; manage internal and external stakeholders and provide 24X7 monitoring and support of the client web portal; draft reports, work on RCAs, and collaborate with the business on post-production project health; schedule and monitor UNIX based batch jobs; work in a Safe Agile Model to define system needs and provide estimation of work items; assist daily scrums and sprint planning for better visibility of project timelines and deliveries; support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, and related healthcare activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; and mentor junior team members. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Software development for enterprise or web applications; Writing clean, high quality, high performing, scalable code; Testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; Java, Python, or Node.js; XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; Frameworks: Angular, JavaScript, React, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, or Backbone; Cloud technologies: AWS or GCP; Software development lifecycle; and Providing domain support for healthcare or retail pharmacy organization. *Pay Range:* $136500.00/year to $196000.00/year.
