Do you have a strong understanding of business operations and a proven track record of driving strategic change? If so, then this Executive Director role might be the perfect fit for you! As Executive Director, Diversity Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's commitment to DEIB. You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive DEIB strategy that integrates seamlessly with our business goals. You will lead a dedicated team and collaborate with various departments across the organization to ensure a truly inclusive work environment and a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities * Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, etc., to integrate DEIB best practices into all aspects of business operations, including recruitment, talent management, and development. * Partner with senior leadership in developing and implementing strategic DEIB plans aligned with business unit(s) and enterprise overall business objectives. * Oversee the collection and analysis of DE&I data to measure progress, identify insights with a focus on areas of opportunity, and facilitate storytelling. * Build and maintain strong relationships internal and external stakeholders, including Diversity Councils, Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs), HR Business Partners, industry partners, and other key leaders. * Act as a DEIB thought leaders, consultant and advisor for the business. * Manage a team of DE&I professionals and provide ongoing coaching and development. * Lead cross-functional/matrixed teams to implement, benchmark, measure, and continuously improve strategic innovative initiatives that center DEIB. * Stay informed of current trends and best practices in DE&I to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of this critical area. *Required Qualifications* * 10+ years of leadership experience in DEIB or relevant experience developing and implementing DE&I strategies or programs in a large organization. * 5+ years of building, managing, and/or developing high-performing teams. * Proven experience developing and managing complex enterprise programs/projects. * Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives that have resulted in systems change. * Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. * Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. * Passion for creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience working in Fortune 500 Company, preferably within Healthcare or Retail * DEI Certification * Demonstrated ability to lead through change. *Education* Bachelor's Degree *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $131,500.00 - $303,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
