Job Description
This position will directly support the CVS Health Retail FP&A team mission to help the business drive sustainable long-term earnings growth by supporting all relevant matrix partners (business teams, finance organization, etc.) on financial performance management. The role will be responsible for the following items:

• Forecasting and Planning support including the Strategic Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and Annual Budget
• Board of Directors Material support
• Quarterly Earnings preparation
• Adhoc reporting or projects required to support the Retail Senior Leadership team manage the segment's financial performance
• Ability to work independently and with limited direction to successfully complete deliverables

Required Qualifications
3 or more years of finance experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced level excel capabilities
• Prior experience working in Retail
• Tableau experience
• Experience working with S4 planning systems
• Bachelor's degree/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
• 5 or more years of prior relevant experience OR Master's degree with 3 or more years of prior relevant experience
