We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Irving, TX: Manager, Client Benefits to analyze, plan, and coordinate information technology (IT) projects to deliver efficient technical solutions for client benefits initiatives. Duties include: develop project plans for assigned Client Benefits initiative across Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), clinical testing, and automation implementation; serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects leveraging expert knowledge of RxClaim application to assist Client Benefits teams in providing high quality benefits solutions to clients; provide ongoing support for operations process analysis and mitigation planning to achieve successful implementation of assigned projects; analyze claims in the RxClaim application; serve as the client point of contact for defining requirements and testing strategy, and obtain approval of project specifications; communicate with stakeholders on project requirements and objectives, attend client meetings and knowledge transition sessions, and prepare walk through documents; confer with project personnel to identify and resolve defects; lead root cause analysis to document and resolve production issues, perform impact analysis to identify dependencies, and analyze the impact of proposed solutions on existing components; provide testing scenarios, production release support, and approvals to achieve required deliverables and promote adoption of best practices; analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design and confer with teams on limitations and capabilities; evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to produce high quality software products; ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and provide recommendations on benefit plan design for RxClaim application software; and drive the organization to become the leader in client satisfaction and service in the Pharmacy Benefit Management industry. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Software development for enterprise or web applications; Analyzing large data sets from multiple data sources; Analyzing business and functional requirements and preparing Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM); Creating VBScripts and macros; Automation using Selenium Web Driver; Using Salesforce to track technical issues and defects to resolution; Benefit configuration using RxClaim AS400; and Validating claim adjudications using automation tools and performing root cause analysis of production defects. *Pay Range: *$76586.00/year to $130000.00/year.
