Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, Software QA Engineering to design and develop software tests for quality assurance to identify software problems and root causes. Duties include: analyze user needs and develop software testing to meet business requirements; participate in software design reviews and provide input on functional requirements to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; develop testing programs that address areas such as functional testing, system testing, manual testing, regression testing, mobile testing, application testing, performance testing, usability testing, system integration, and data migration; analyze requirements and identify test scenarios impacting business functionality ahead of updates to prepare for implementation; document application defect triage and report defects using bug tracking systems; support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); design UAT and E2E test plans, scenarios, and scripts; validate the results of testing to ensure replicability and compliance with standards; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; and mentor junior team members. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; Software development for enterprise or web applications; Leading Software Quality Assurance teams on-site and on-shore; Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) through Quality Control ALM and RTC stories; Web and mobile applications development and testing; Unit and automation testing, manual testing, system integration, E2E testing, data migration, and UAT testing and support; Functional testing, system testing, application testing, performance testing, load testing, integration testing, and regression testing; TestNG and Selenium Web Driver; Writing complex SQL queries for data validation; REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs; Oracle, Redis, or Cassandra database; and Providing domain support for healthcare or retail pharmacy organization. Pay Range: $94500.00/year to $196000.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
