We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary: * The *Manager Salesforce Application Developer* will be working on multiple Salesforce.com projects and enhancements that support the pharmacy benefits segment (PSS) Finance business in the areas of sales & marketing, account management, client benefit, services, CLM – Contract Lifecycle Management, vendor deals and operations within a business enterprise that supports a multi-billion dollar revenue stream. The Manager Salesforce Application Developer requires extensive knowledge and proven experience in leading Salesforce technical projects, Salesforce.com development, design and delivery of complex business solutions built on the Force.com platform, Sales and Service Cloud, and various technology stacks outside of Salesforce.com to support integrations.  You must have knowledge and experience with the Salesforce.com platform including best practices, Apex development, visual force, Lightning and other common Salesforce development technologies as well as experience working with enterprise data warehouses and be able to help define long term strategies as to how the CRM and data platforms should inter-operate.  To be successful in this role, you must possess the ability to lead projects with limited risks and resources, have superior design and development ability with strong analytical skills. You will act as the liaison between project managers, architects, development team members and analysts to own and at times lead projects, build, maintain enterprise-level software solutions, and provide technical support in new project initiatives, design, develop and enhance existing systems, assist in functionality documentation, technical documentation and system testing and quality assurance.  *Required Qualifications:* -Must have a Salesforce.com development experience. -Minimum 5 years IT experience with a minimum of 3  years hands on experience with Salesforce.com, Apex development &  Visual Force   -Salesforce power administrative skills -Experience working with remote business and IT partners  -Experience with modern sales and marketing strategies.    -Dividing projects into tasks and managing the allocation of work across the development team   -Experience with collaborating with other associates to design solutions that efficiently deliver the required enhancements on time and within budget   -Experience with Integration between Force.com and various systems, platforms, and data migration   -Salesforce.com related experience, such as system configuration and data migration/manipulation   -Up to 20% travel required    *Preferred Qualifications:* - Conga Contract Lifecycle Management - Salesforce Lightning application building experience including Lightning web components - Sales cloud/service cloud consultant certification - Platform app builder certification or equivalent coursework with  hands-on experience -Experience in various testing methods, performance, load, stress etc.   - Strong presentation and public speaking skills (e.g. eye contact, voice inflection, body awareness, and ability to hold an audience and command respect)  - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills  - Ability to provide coaching and feedback and serve as a mentor to department employees  - Demonstrates CVS Core Value: Accountability, Integrity, Innovation, Caring, Collaboration  - Experience with Informatica ETL a plus - Data Warehouse and/or Data strategies a plus - Heroku and Java experience *Education:* Bachelors Degree or HS Diploma/GED accompanied by equivalent work experience  *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
