As PM, requiring minimal supervision, you will also manage stakeholder expectations and engagement through clear communications and regular status updates. As needed, you may provide input into team members' performance. ACCOUNTABILITY: Lead assigned programs or projects including team formation and management of the scope, schedule, budget, and value from initiation through closing. Follow all CVS Health and CSX PMO standards and demonstrate CVS Heart at Work behaviors. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drive successful delivery of project value on time, within scope, within budget, and in full compliance of CVS Health and PMO standards * Manage business issues and risks and understand when to escalate to ensure resolution * Support Charter creation ensuring all relevant SMEs are engaged * Work with business owners and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate into final project deliverables * Produce a detailed project schedule and monitor activities to remain on track * Produce regular and thorough stakeholder communications * Manage resource availability, allocation, and project financials, as needed * Manage changes to the scope, schedule, budget, and value * Ensure required project artifacts are completed and stored in the project repository * Assist with improving PM process standards within the team *Required Qualifications* * 5 + years successful Program/Project Management of medium to large scale projects or smaller programs * 3 + years strong Microsoft O365 (including MS Project) skills. *Preferred Qualifications* * Project Management certification * Health care, insurance, or pharmacy experience is a plus. * Understanding of project and software development methodologies * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Experience working with multiple teams, delegating work, and ensuring team efficiency. *Education* * Bachelor's degree or relevant job experience required. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
