Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Analyst, Business Analytics to design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or data reporting concerns. Duties include: design and document professional technical applications, extracts, and reporting solutions to meet business needs, including process redesign for new system applications and reporting technologies; act as a subject matter expert on technical best practices, evaluating and determining the scope, constraints, and dependencies for assigned projects within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment; provide value-added reports used for corporate reporting to shape product plans and innovation; identify gaps to improve product planning using visualization tools such as Tableau, applications in .Net and MS SQL in a client server framework, and/or Oracle Reports; provide guidance to applications developers with data field definitions and table locations within specialty databases to ensure effective and accurate means of data linkage; collaborate with business partners in operations to provide value-added metrics; build ETL processes, database reports, KPI metrics, and performance guarantees utilizing SSIS, Basic Teradata Query (BTEQ), and SAS; perform data extractions, consumption, manipulation/logic, and visualization to represent operational contractual performance guarantees to high-impact clients; create coding logic; provide code Quality Control (QC) and post-delivery support to business units; and provide technical and functional guidance to team members. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines; Tracking business requirements, data analysis findings, and software deliverables throughout the project lifecycle; Maintaining product backlogs and providing data-driven insights to prioritize and refine user stories; SQL Programming; Designing and creating dashboards and reports using PowerBI or Tableau; Creating high-fidelity mock-ups for UX (User Experience); Agile or SAFe Software Development Principles; and Supporting continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. Pay Range: $98717.00/year to $105000.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
