Position Summary The Supervisor is responsible for oversight of clinical support staff including the organization and development of high performing teams. Works closely with functional area managers to ensure consistency in interventions supporting our members. Accountable for meeting the operational and quality objectives of the unit. Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: * Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve the BH Medicare Care Management area's goals. * Advises team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of the organization's goals and objectives for BH Medicare CM. * Ensures implementation and monitoring of best practices to address member needs across the continuum of care. * Devises the allocation of resources for identification of members, outreach with the purpose of providing support and engagement in a BH Care Management program, enhancement of quality of care, and care documentation. * Serves as a subject matter expert for the team regarding practice standards, intervention quality, and problem resolution. * Assesses team developmental needs and collaborates to identify and implement action plans to support development. * Executes support for members and clinical teams by participating in meetings, integrating cultural requirements, and engaging new members. * Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs. Required Qualifications * Experience as a lead or SME * Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications Preferred Qualifications * Managed Medicare experience * Ability to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives. * Ability to evaluate and interpret data, identify areas of improvement, and focus on interventions to improve outcomes. * Ability to communicate effectively with Providers, Members, Staff and other Leaders both in oral and written formats. Education * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $40,600.00 - $89,300.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
