Dartmouth Health - Cheshire Medical Center is looking for an experienced, board-certified dermatologist to lead its dermatology team as its Chief of Dermatology. This position requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional clinical expertise, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can lead and mentor a team of dermatologists, nurses, and support staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment;
- Enjoys clinical work as this position will be 90% clinical;
- Is passionate about patient-centered care;
- Fosters a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and excellence in patient care.
Position Overview:
- Located in downtown Keene in our beautiful, spa-like facility.
- CMAs available
- Epic EMR
- Two experienced physicians in group
- Current physicians see 25-30 patients per day
Requirements:
- BC in dermatology
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in dermatology, with a track record of leadership and achievement
- Commitment to a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to obtain/maintain NH medical license
