-Reports to ENT Chief, 2 ENTs on staff; 1.5 PA's, 2 dedicated nursing support staff

-Outpatient, inpatient (119-bed acute care facility), surgery, in-clinic procedures

-Work schedule: 0730-3:30 Monday-Friday

-1:3 call coverage (1 call night every 3 nights on average, up to 11 call nights per month)
