Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Part-Time Home Health

As a Part-Time LVN, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule, W-2 employment, and the independence of home health while still having the support of an experienced clinical team.

- Support from RNs and an interdisciplinary clinical team
- Free CEUs
- Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of an RN and established plan of care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the supervising RN
- Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatments, and care needs
- Support patients in managing chronic conditions and maintaining independence
- Coordinate with RNs, therapists, and other members of the care team
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
- Home health experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills
