Our community is looking for a Bartender to join our team.
In this role you are responsible for beverage hospitality and services in the bar, lounge and other social areas in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Provides hospitality beverage service to residents, family members and guests while maintaining and exceeding hospitality and service standards.
- Assists residents with beverage selections and responds to pertinent questions about beverage items.
- Practices safe, sanitary food and beverage handling and service.
- Reports any changes and/or concerns about resident beverage consumption or change of conditions to supervisor.
- Maintains neat and sanitized work area.
- Cleans and resets tables for hospitality service.
- Prepares the set up the bar and lounge for service.
- Restocks the bar for next day service.
- Assists in receiving of liquor and beverage supplies, and stocking according to oldest date first.
- Completes closing register reports.
- Maintains communications with Supervisor regarding inventory of products and services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Culinary services and bartending experience preferred.
- Certification may be required per state requirements.
- Must comply with minimum age requirement per state regulations to serve alcohol (18 years of age in the state of Florida).
