**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering a positive shopping experience for our customers while achieving store sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selections, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Participate in inventory management, including restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting stock counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and operational objectives
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that displays are visually appealing
- Stay updated on industry trends and company promotions to provide informed assistance to customers
- Assist in addressing customer feedback and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support team initiatives

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience in retail sales is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not required; training will be provided
