Job Title: Server
Location: Spring Cypress Senior Living
Reports To: Jose Castellon
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Spring Cypress Senior Living, where we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent service, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations regarding food and beverage items.
- Take and accurately relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor guests' needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry up to [weight limit, e.g., 25 lbs] unassisted.
- Must have the stamina to work during peak hours.
