  • Strong comfort with database architecture and data model design, including the ability to understand, evaluate, and influence how customer, order, and revenue data is structured across CRM, OMS, and integrated systems. Experience partnering with technical teams to ensure data models support scalable workflows, reporting accuracy, system performance, and long-term platform evolution, while maintaining data integrity and governance standards.
  • Strong understanding of Retail Media Networks (RMN), revenue operations, and commercial workflows, including sales lifecycle management, advertising products, campaign execution, billing, and post‑sale support.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with strong business acumen, including the ability to understand commercial objectives, apply context, and design systems that effectively support revenue growth and operational efficiency.

  • Highly detail‑oriented, self‑directed, and clear communicator, with strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze data, reporting, and system outputs and translate them into insights, recommendations, and actions that drive measurable business results.

Work Experience &/or Education:
