General Summary:
The Senior DC Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory management across the company's distribution network to support efficient inventory flow, accurate stock levels, compliance expectations and integration with supply chain operations.
Job Details:Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leading the planning, scheduling, and execution of inventory-related management and projects.
- Addressing inventory challenges such as PAT inventory variance, cycle counts, vendor compliance, stockouts, and inventory inaccuracies.
- Aligning inventory management controls with supporting process and procedural solutions to ensure seamless supply chain operations while meeting compliance expectations.
- Continuous improvement of inventory management processes, SOX control audits, vendor compliance, inventory OS&D disposition, and adoption of new technologies.
- Interacting with DC operations, internal audit, compliance, finance and other business partners to understand their inventory needs and implementing solutions.
- Oversee compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards; generate reports on inventory KPIs and trends.

- The role requires a strong analytical skill set, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of inventory management systems and best practices. It is a critical position that directly impacts financial performance and customer satisfaction.
- Proficient knowledge of various data analysis tools and resources.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and project management skills.
Work Experience &/or Education:
- 5-7 years of experience in inventory management, distribution center operations or WMS administration with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of WMS and upstream systems that support inventory management.
