Description

Plans, governs, and measures IT financial budgets and success using flexibility, transparency, and value-based conversations to shape business demand and optimize and transform the enterprise. Serves as a critical partner supporting the CIO and IT executive leadership, including IT SVP, VP, and Senior Managers, through IT financial program management, enterprise cost optimization, coordination, communication, oversight, and risk mitigation.

Job Responsibility
Financial Portfolio Management (45%):
• Develop effective relationships with IT and business partners, including cost center owners and financial teams, providing education on financial processes and best practices.
• Provide insights and analysis into the IT financial portfolio through health checks, dashboards, and at-a-glance views.
• Support financial change management by providing tools, templates, and structures to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Manage IT financial reporting in support of the CIO and CFO, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the enterprise.
• Develop guidance and policies for IT financial practices and oversee enterprise adherence.
• Consolidate IT financial initiatives and portfolio performance metrics into executive-ready views for analysis and decision-making.
• Drive process change and data integrity validation to ensure alignment with enterprise financial objectives.
• Collaborate with Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, and Audit teams to ensure coordinated financial management.
Govern & Measure (30%):
• Ensure appropriate compliance and governance controls are in place to protect sensitive data.
• Facilitate change management and governance processes, enforcing compliance across the enterprise.
• Coordinate across global IT teams to support IT financial portfolio and program implementation.
• Track, analyze, benchmark, and consolidate KPI and OKR reporting.
• Develop executive- and board-level reporting materials.
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
Strategic Financial Management & Planning (15%):
• Review financial processes and introduce new practices aligned with company standards to optimize IT financial operations.
• Ensure alignment between IT and business strategies through a service-oriented financial partnership model.
• Develop roadmaps for IT financial practices and portfolio consolidation initiatives.
Administrative & Team Development (10%):
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members in IT financial strategy, portfolio management, governance, reporting, and metrics.
• Represent IT on enterprise committees, action teams, and professional networks.
• Set performance expectations and develop direct reports to meet delivery and performance standards.

Job Qualifications
• Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to manage through consulting, advising, and influencing all levels of the organization
• Ability to effectively implement the Standard Operating Procedures & Technology Governance Process
• Strong interpersonal skills to to effectively listen and communicate both verbally and in written form
• Knowledge of and/or experience with development methodology and/or Infrastructure management, focused on financial processes
• Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate and follow up, with emphases on adherence to deadlines
• Ability to proactively identify risks, issues, action items, and facilitate identification and implementation of alternate solutions and process improvements
• Resolve conflicts and create lasting partnerships enterprise wide, as a team player and servant leader
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently in a fast- paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Creative ability to access information from different sources and compile, analysis, and present
• Detail oriented with attention to detail and accuracy; must be able to detect errors, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
• Ability to thoroughly understand how decisions impact other areas of the enterprise
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Anaplan and database applications skills

Education/Experience
• Minimum of eight years of IT experience required.
• Retail experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
