Description
The role primarily involves analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to generate strategic reports. A solid understanding of supply chain metrics and proficiency in data analytics tools like 1010data, Excel, and PowerBI to measure KPIs is required.
Job Responsibility
• Analytics and Reporting (50%):
Utilize Excel, Power BI, 1010data, and Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS) software to extract, transform, and automate data that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements. Analyze and summarize large data sets while ensuring data accuracy and effectively communicate insights to leadership and team members. Train team members and assist with projects to improve reporting capabilities and support team development.
• Technical Expertise and Systems Support (20%):
Develop subject matter expertise in transportation systems and datasets. Maintain a thorough understanding of system capabilities and support business priorities by testing, validating, and implementing system enhancements.
• Communication and Stakeholder Support (30%):
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and business partners, both internal and external. Ensure timely email management to support stores and field partners and provide actionable feedback by identifying trends and solutions when summarizing reporting.
Job Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools including 1010data, Excel, and Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to execute with a sense of urgency while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Education/Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain preferred.
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
