The OD Specialist is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and providing support for organizational development initiatives, including performance management, company development programs, succession planning, and other projects. The OD Specialist assists with planning, researching, writing, designing, and developing deliverables for development programs and new initiatives. This highly visible role partners with various levels across Talent Management, IT, corporate communications, Corporate/Field HR and with other business partners in order to drive OD initiatives.
§ Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks associated with company development programs, from managing enrollment and participants to responding to questions from business partners.
§ Produce training and development content and materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, classroom activities, program evaluation tools, job aids, and creative graphics/templates for media and materials.
§ Maintain weekly and monthly reporting to support execution of all development programs.
§ Assist in the execution and management of the annual performance cycle, including testing, reporting, communications, related training materials, system issues/questions, etc.
§ Researches best practices and industry trends for development programs, performance management, succession, and other OD initiatives; identifies issues and trends and makes recommendations to leadership.
§ Assist with tracking and analyzing the impact of development programs.

Work Experience / Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or business strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Training/facilitation experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc).
