We are looking for an Administrative Assistance to join our team in Stafford,
TX!
 

What you'll do:

• Provide administrative services for the VP of Sales.
• Interface with all functional departments as needed.
• Support our inside sales team.
• Help field customer calls/email.
• Enter orders and quotes into the system.
• Address billing issues and other accounting related issues with customers and vendors.
   

We Seek:   

• Experience within the industrial marketplace preferred.
• Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.
• Strong research, organizational and project coordination skills, with sound analytical ability and skilled in data compilation and analysis.
• Excellent time-management and project management skills.  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency including Excel and Epicor P21 a plus!
