Description
The Triangle region of EmergeOrtho is seeking to hire a full time BC/BE fellowship-trained hand surgeon to join our Southeast Division. This is an opportunity to join a growing practice, with an established patient base and mature referral patterns. Current physicians in the office are all fellowship trained and include a sports medicine surgeon, total joint surgeon, shoulder/elbow surgeon, and spine surgeon. Support staff include a full-time occupational therapist and several Physician assistants. Protected block time for surgical cases is available at two regional hospitals affiliated with the UNC Johnston Health system.
EmergeOrtho also has a privately owned surgery center and physician owned hospital available for additional surgical cases. We offer a complete spectrum of musculoskeletal care to our patients including physical therapy, occupational therapy, advanced imaging, and MRI, and both inpatient and outpatient surgical services. We are supported by an established network of primary care physicians, urgent care facilities, hospitals, and high school and collegiate sports teams.
We offer excellent compensation, CME, paid time off (PTO), retirement, and much more. Our
compensation model includes a guaranteed salary with productivity bonus, with opportunity for partnership available. Reimbursed general orthopedic call is available to interested candidates at a ratio of 1:5. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Position LocationJohnston County is the most rapidly growing county in North Carolina. Located immediately south of the Raleigh-metropolitan region, the communities of Clayton and Smithfield are ideally located between the Raleigh-metropolitan area and the coastal plains of North Carolina. Our new hand surgeon will see patients in our newly constructed clinics in Clayton and Smithfield.
