Job Summary:
Conducts financial and operational audits to review and assess the effectiveness and internal control of Englewood Health (EH) systems and procedures, as well as issues around cybersecurity. Conducts compliance audits to ensure adherence with federal and state healthcare laws and regulations regarding billing & reimbursement issues, environmental laws, confidentiality issues, conflict of interest, safety standards, etc. Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the Internal Audit Department. Manage staff for optimum performance.

 


Job Essentials:
Minimum of five years of auditing experience in the healthcare field preferred.
Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Excellent computer and analytical skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, is required.

Bachelors required, Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, preferred.
