Develops annual EH risk assessment to determine areas of highest organizational risk and a plan for reviewing those areas. Manages financial, compliance, and operational audits to review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls within EH's business processes, in alignment with the annual plan. EH resource for questions regarding compliance with federal and state healthcare laws and regulations regarding billing and reimbursement issues, confidentiality and HIPAA, and conflicts of interest. Manages staff for optimal performance and professional growth.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written, to interact with all levels of management.
Excellent computer and analytical skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and hospital financial systems.

Bachelors degree required, Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, plus a minimum of 5 years of internal audit or finance experience preferred.
