The Project Administration Supervisor's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Responsible for driving consistency and optimizing funding activities for Pipeline Integrity, Tank Integrity, Corrosion Prevention and the DOT Facility Integrity Programs
  • Develop, implement and maintain a work breakdown structure for detailed cost tracking of various projects on the same AFE
  • Prepare and analyze annual Pipeline Integrity budget.  Oversee and coordinate tasks involved with preparing annual budget
  • Maintains Pipeline Integrity work plan.  Communicate the work plan with operations and commercial stakeholders
  • Develop and monitor department goals, tasks, and KPIs for Pipeline Integrity Project Management.
  • Oversee the production and storage/retention of project job books
  • Create and maintain Project Management procedures and guidelines. Provide necessary training to Pipeline Integrity Project Management for updates to procedures and processes


Requirements

 

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: 

  • A minimum of a High School diploma, or G.E.D. equivalent, is required
  • A Bachelor's degree, or greater, is preferred
  • A minimum of seven years' experience in pipeline Project Management administrative support or equivalent is required
  • Supervisory experience with direct reports is preferred
  • Excellent communications skills and computer skills including use of Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Spotfire is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Oracle's AFE, or invoice programs, is preferred
