The Job:

The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our marketing automation processes and campaigns. You will oversee a team of marketing automation specialists and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing automation strategies that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. 

What you will be doing:

• Oversee a team of marketing automation specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing automation initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute automated email campaigns, segmentation strategies, and personalized content experiences
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics related to marketing automation campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, in all marketing automation activities

What you will likely bring:

• 5+ years applicable marketing automation & email marketing experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• Strong English written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
