Description

Perform complex processing, report generation, and reconcilements within the scope of designated area of Trust Services: Systems, Support, and/or Operations. Provide advanced-level support to other areas of Wealth Management. Participate in and/or drive departmental projects as well as maintain departmental processes and procedures. Perform non-management back-up functions of the Section Coordinator as necessary / appropriate.

Essential Job Responsibilities

All
Processes or performs other Trust related functions which may include the following:
1. Perform complex processing and provide advanced support Trust Administration, Investments, and/ or Trust Management with minimal supervision
2. Participate in and/or coordinate departmental projects
3. Review, revise, and create procedures for processing area(s)
4. Serve as back-up to other staff and Section Coordinator as necessary
5. Maintain/develop procedures related to areas of responsibility.
6. Serve as primary resource for Section Coordinators

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications

1. Associate's Degree or related experience required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

2. Two or more years of in-department experience or three or more years experience in related field

3. Proficient computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and/or related software

4. Minimal travel may be required
