To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Server Administrator located in Austin, TX.

Reporting to the Information Technology Supervisor, the Server Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's server infrastructure. The candidate must have experience in server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. The position also requires the candidate to have excellent communication and teamwork skills.

What a typical day looks like:

• Monitor and maintain computer networks, systems, and servers.
• Install, configure, and manage operating systems, software, and applications.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Ensure system security by implementing and maintaining local firewalls and antivirus software.
• Maintain documentation and inventory of systems and network infrastructure.
• Proactively identify potential issues and suggest improvements for system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to provide technical support and resolve issues.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 5 years of experience with vSphere for Windows
• Familiar with Windows server
• Working experience with tickets system
• 24/7 On call availability
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with Linux is a plus.
