Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Electrical Design Engineer located in Suzhou. Reporting to the Automation Manager, the Electrical Design Engineer role involves… What a typical day looks like:

• 牵头并协调各BU推进苏州工厂自动化项目的实施，并跟踪项目进度。
• 负责非标及标准自动化设备的电气控制系统设计、开发及实施。
• 负责自动化项目全流程管理（可行性评估/风险评估/方案评审/技术规范制定/设备验收）。
• 与跨职能团队、兄弟工厂生产团队及外部供应商协作，确保项目顺利集成与落地。
• 负责现有自动化设备的故障排查、升级改造及系统集成。
• 推动优秀自动化项目的内部复制及在兄弟工厂的横向展开（Yokoten）。

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 电气工程或自动化相关专业本科及以上学历，至少5年以上相关工作经验。

• 具备扎实的电气设计及自动化项目实施经验。
• 熟练进行电气系统设计，包括电气原理图、柜体布局、接线图设计，以及电气元器件选型。
• 能编写、测试及调试PLC程序，实现逻辑控制，并能与软件工程师协同工作。
• 具备人机界面（HMI）设计能力，能够根据项目需求进行界面开发、定制与配置。
• 具备工业机器人/协作机器人（Robot/Cobot）的选型、仿真、编程及应用经验。
• 具备优秀的问题分析与故障排查能力，以及良好的沟通与团队协作能力。
• 具备丰富的电子制造行业非标自动化机械设计经验，例如点胶、锁螺丝、贴标、测试、包装、上下料及自动化产线集成等。
