To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Automation Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

The Automation Engineer role involves being responsible of Defining, Developing, Implementing and proliferating Automation projects. Focusing on delivering reliable solutions for our customers.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage Automation projects.

• Follow up to project activities.

• Manage customer requirements.

• Manage suppliers' delivery times & coordinate logistics.

• Project Gantt charts & Projects status weekly reporting.

• Improvements and plans for mitigations.

• Have the capability to independently identify root causes of failures in the automated equipment, to provide and implement solutions.

• High level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues.

• High level participation in internal process improvements.

• Work in collaboration with the technical team to meet projects timelines.

• Work in a team environment sharing knowledge among colleagues.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree is required and related experience.

• Experience in Automation projects Budget.

• Experience in Automation Projects Quotations.

• knowledge in Electrical Diagrams for automation equipment.

• Experience in Safety devices evaluation for automation equipment.

• Technical Knowledge Vision System equipment, such as: Cognex or Keyence.

• Technical Knowledge PLC, Robotics.

• Knowledge in sensors brands and their selection according to application.

• Experience in manufacturing process for electronics devices and mechanical assemblies. (e.g., dispensing, screw-fastening, welding, soldering, general knowledge in testing, etc.)

• Desirable Training in safety and ergonomics.

• Logistics for machinery transferring.

• experience in automation projects related position.

• Advanced English.

• Desirable Valid US Visa and passport.
