The Senior Electrical Design Engineer will be based in Shenzhen. Flex's R&D team is seeking an experienced engineer who will undertake the design for power supply. You will perform working on the full cycle of product development required to bring the product successfully to market.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Review customer specification and clarify customer requirement查看客户规格并明确客户要求
• Recommend design solution / schematic推荐设计方案/原理图
• Provide unique, sole source, critical component list提供唯一的唯一来源，关键组件列表
• Identify alternative sources list确定替代来源清单
• Issue ECR for BOM (Electrical parts) release发布BOM（电子零件）的ECR
• Participate in the Costed-BOM (Electrical)draft参加成本核算的BOM（电气）草案
• Generate electrical test plan制定电气测试计划
• Provide PCB layout proposal提供PCB布局建议
• Provide magnetic parts requirement提供磁性零件要求
• Provide Functionality / EMC / Reliability test report提供功能/ EMC /可靠性测试报告
• Provide failure analysis report提供故障分析报告
• Conduct electrical bench test and release test report进行电平台测试并发布测试报告
• Conduct failure analysis to electrical failure mode对电气故障模式进行故障分析
• Drive, monitor the corrective & preventive action to highlighted failure mode驱动，监视纠正和预防措施以突出显示故障模式
• Provide onsite engineering support for NPI build为NPI构建提供现场工程支持

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

• Bachelor's degree majored in power electronics or electronics engineering or automation related engineering. 电力电子或电子工程或自动化相关工程的学士学位。
• Have over 5 years power supply or battery management system design and development experiences拥有超过5年的电源或电池管理系统设计和开发经验
• Be familiar with switching power supply theory/power devices application熟悉开关电源理论/功率器件的应用

• Deeply understanding of dc/dc power supply circuit topology
