Reporting to the Finance Manager the Cost Accountant role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• Conduct standard cost roll-up evaluation and validate revaluation with supply chain to ensure compliance and adequate support.  标准成本管理 : 审核物料标准成本更新，与供应链团队协作，确保流程符合公司要求并具备充分依据。
• Analyze excess and obsolete inventory; conduct monthly reviews with materials and management to ensure fair risk disclosure.  库存风险分析: 分析呆滞及过剩库存，按月与物料及管理团队进行审查，确保风险披露合理、充分。
• Perform quarterly inventory/AR variance analysis and validate balance sheet comments across functions. 财务分析与报告: 季度库存及应收账款差异分析，跨部门验证资产负债表相关说明，确保财务信息准确。
• Coordinate annual costing control self-assessment reviews and collaborate with departments to improve procedures. 成本控制评估: 协调年度成本工作自我评估审查，推动与相关部门协作优化流程与控制机制。
• Review freight bills against quotations, ensure correct cost classification. Conduct routine freight analysis report for analysis. 运费审核与分析: 审核运费账单与报价的一致性，确保成本归类准确，定期编制运费分析报告。
• Conduct quarterly customer payment term review and AR forecast by customer for finance year. Conduct routine AR balance simulation by customer for current quarter.客户条款与应收账款管理: 定期整理客户Payment term，按客户测算财年应收账款；测算当前季度客户应收账款余额，支持资金流动性管理。
• Support internal and external audits. 审计支持: 积极配合内部及外部审计工作，提供所需数据与解释，确保审计过程顺利进行。
• Continuously identify improvement opportunities. 持续改进: 主动识别并推动流程优化与效率提升机会，支持财务运营持续改进。

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years' related working experience
• Good oral English
• Good communication skills
• Open- minded
• Multi-National company experience is preferred
