Job Description The CQE will be based in Zhuhai

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

  • Working as customer quality engineer for customer quality service
  • Focus on customer requirements and handle customer complaint.
  • Lead on the customer quality engineering support to achieve customer satisfaction , Provide

    8D report and follow up

  • Customer satisfaction survey and follow up , support customer visit
  • Management of Customer feedback handling to ensure the effectiveness, e.g. SCAR, RMA etc.
  • Working with customer for product quality continuous improvement through KOI e.g. dppm, yield etc.
  • 担任客户质量工程师,负责客户质量相关的问题解决和事项
  • 关注客户要求并处理客户投诉
  • 领导客户质量工程支持和实现客户满意度,提供8D报告,跟进处理情况等
  • 主导客户满意度调查和拜访, 客户审核
  • 及时反馈客户相关的处理方案,以确保有效性,例如SCAR,RMA等
  • 通过KOI与客户合作,以​​不断提高产品质量,例如dppm,产​​量等

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

  • College degree above, 3+ years' experience in CQE
  • Solid experience in process quality and customer compliance management
  • Good English in speaking and writing
  • Can work under pressure
  • Excellent communications and project management skills
  • 大专以上学历
  • 3年以上客诉质量工程师工作经验,熟悉PCBA生产流程
  • 熟悉客户投诉的处理方式和流程
