We are looking for new EHS Senior Inspector colleague to be based in Lodz/Wola Rakowa.

Summary:

To support the teams creating exceptional products and contributing to our growth, we are looking for a new colleague to work in Wola Rakowa site.
This role will report to the Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator and includes tasks outlined in the Council of Ministers Regulation on Occupational Health and Safety Services.

What a typical day looks like:

• Performing duties in accordance with the Council of Ministers Regulation on Occupational Health and Safety Services
• Monitoring working conditions and compliance with regulations by conducting safety inspections within the company premises
• Reporting, creating, and organizing health and safety documentation, including participating in risk assessment preparation as per legal requirements
• Conducting introductory health and safety training
• Managing accident investigations
• Analyzing potentially hazardous incidents and implementing corrective actions
• Operating the BDO platform
• Supervising and improving waste management processes within the company
• Ensuring the proper execution of the ISO 14001 and 45001 Management System requirements

Experience/qualification we are looking to add to our team:

• Higher education or postgraduate studies in the field of occupational health and safety
• Knowledge of current local legal regulations in health, safety, and environmental protection with some professional experience in the field of health and safety
• At least intermediate English and native level Polish language knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Eligibility to work in Poland (EU)
