Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Equipment Maintenance Technician located in Aguascalientes

Responsible for providing technical support to SMT and PTH manufacturing processes, supporting production to ensure operational continuity, compliance with procedures, and quality standards. Participate in operator training, model change validation, 5S implementation, and continuous improvement activities, working closely with Production and Engineering teams across different areas and shifts.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provide technical support for SMT and PTH manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure stable and efficient operations.
• Support production activities to meet operational, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Deliver technical support across multiple manufacturing areas and shifts, as required by business needs.
• Conduct training for production operators to ensure proper process execution and compliance with standards.
• Implement and sustain 5S practices within the manufacturing environment.
• Support and validate model changeovers to ensure process readiness and continuity.
• Ensure adherence to engineering‑defined procedures, specifications, and process requirements.
• Actively support continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of SMT and PTH processes, including equipment setup, first article validation, defect analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Experience supporting daily production, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with IPC standards and internal quality requirements.
